Your item(s) will be shipped within 5 business days of the receipt of your order. Shipping method and cost depend on weight and dimensions of your purchase.
All sales are final. However, if your item(s) arrive damaged, please let us know ASAP. Send an email to email@example.com with the subject line "Damaged Item." We will respond as quickly as we can. We will send you a replacement item (shipping is free of course) or you can exchange the item for another item of equal value (shipping is free here too.) Please note that a replacement item may not be exactly the same as the item you purchased. For example, if you purchased a red plaid tree, we may be out of the red plaid, but we can send a red stripe tree that is in stock. This may happen since we only make limited quantities of each item.
